Susana serves on the boards of the Chilean-American Chamber of Commerce, Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and Caribbean and the Financial & International Business Association in Miami.
Between 2018 and 2022, she served on the board of Correos de Chile S.A., where she chaired the Audit Committee and acted as vice president from 2021 to 2022. In the field of academia, between 2014 and 2021, she co-directed the Compliance and Corporate Best Practices Diploma at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she continues to teach today.
Her work has received global recognition. In 2020, the World Economic Forum honored her as a Young Global Leader, a distinction awarded to influential professionals committed to shaping a sustainable global future.

With more than 30 years of international experience in retail and wholesale industries, prior to PetSmart, Dave served as the international chief information officer for Hallmark Cards, where he transformed the IT function and built patented retail platforms fueling business growth and digital innovation across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Dave obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with an emphasis on industrial psychology from the University of Missouri.



Eduardo holds degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering from both Carnegie Mellon University and the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Residing in Miami, FL, Eduardo combines his deep technical knowledge with strategic vision to help Shopify's current and future enterprise customers as they embark on making commerce better for their organizations.


Based in Costa Rica, Alejandro has successfully managed cross-border operations across Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia and Peru, demonstrating deep expertise in building strategic partnerships between North American companies and Latin American technology providers.
Through strategic client relationship management and business development he has been able to grow client's participation in the nearshore software development space.
With a proven track record of leading international teams and driving full-cycle sales/recruiting processes, Alejandro specializes in helping organizations leverage nearshore talent to accelerate their digital transformation initiatives while building long-term strategic technology partnerships across the Americas.

Under his leadership, Remoti has become a key partner for companies establishing Centres of Excellence across Latin America, known for delivering speed, compliance, and cultural alignment. Pablo is passionate about reshaping how the world builds and scales distributed teams, and he advocates for Latin America as critical infrastructure in today’s global workforce model.

In addition to his own venture, he is on advisory board of multiple tech firms, innovative startups, guest lecturer on AI/ML and thought leader on Forbes Technology council.
As a former EXCOM Member, Managing Director at Deloitte & Accenture and Vice President at Cognizant, he was instrumental in building Industry leading growth and profitability.

He has led a technology strategy that resulted in a $10 million annual reduction in digital infrastructure costs and has driven large-scale organizational change, realigning engineering teams and processes to core business outcomes while significantly improving software delivery speed — boosting deployment frequency by up to 60%.
Sreejith combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership, delivering innovative solutions across cloud, security, and application delivery that empower teams and accelerate business growth.

He is an economist with a degree from Bocconi University, and a master's degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins’ SAIS, and is now an MBA professor at Fundação Dom Cabral.

Pilar holds an LLM in International Business in London at UCL (University College London), England, a master’s degree in Private and Corporate Law and an International Relations Diploma from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana -UPB- and EAFIT University respectively, both in Colombia.
She has extensive experience providing advice to economic operators and investors on access to markets, trade policy, site selection and international business, as well as providing commercial and legal advice to potential investors and investors already installed in the host country with an emphasis in impact investing, environmental governance & ESG.

Currently, Juan is South American Logistics Manager for Katoen Natie and a board member of Costa Oriental Free Zone. He is also associate partner at Hemistion Consulting advising on investments, operations, location strategy, and offshoring processes. Juan is founder of Operal Consulting focused in AI and SCM solutions,.
In academia, he is Head Professor of Operations & Logistics at ORT University in Uruguay at Graduate and undergraduate schools.

Nexus will take place in two phases: Nexus Opening Night, held from 6pm to 8pm, on October 8th at Nightswim on the Rooftop on the 11th floor of CitizenM Miami Worldcenter 700 NE 2nd Ave, 11th Floor, Miami, Florida 33132. The next day, October 9th from 8:30am to 5:30pm, the Nexus Main Event will be held at Briza on the Bay, 1717 N. Bayshore Dr., Miami, Florida, 22132.
